Benny Lanfranco – premises-roasted coffee

Benny Lanfranco is Fairway’s master roaster. He’s been around coffee beans his whole life. It’s safe to say he knows everything about coffee and roasting. Come chat with him about the roasting process and tricks of the trade and taste Fairway’s Supreme Blend and Ethiopia Harrar Coffee.

Ray Venezia  - meat

Ray Venezia—our Master Butcher—lives and breathes meat. Ray’s life-long skills as a butcher, with two generations of butchers before him, have set a standard for our Fairway Butcher Shop that is nearly impossible for anyone else to surpass. Taste some great meaty treats. 

Hannah Howard – cheese and perfect pairings

Hannah’s been working with cheese since the age of 17—flipping little wheels of chevre, creating cheese plates for restaurants guests, and (wo)manning the cheese counter at Fairway. She’ll be slicing off happy bites from her favorite cheeses, pairing them with accompaniments, and talking cheese.

Barry Locker – Fairway tortilla chips, guacamole, and salsa  

Ring in Cinco de Mayo in style. That is, with a big bowl of our fabulous tortilla chips, chunky salsa, and fresh guac. We make our own chips, guac, and salsa with only fresh, real ingredients for ultimate snacking enjoyment.

Will Sneddon - Fairway's own pancakes with Belberry Jam

Will will be flipping our brand new pancakes (our pride and joy!) and serving them up with a dollop of artisanal ripe fruit jam from Belgium, giving you great reason to ditch the diner.
