Stamford Artist Brings Wall Murals to Stamford Twin Rinks

The wall paintings, which depict scenes of hockey and figure skating silhouettes, mountain villages, birthday parties and skating animals, should be finished by the end of this month, according to a report in the Stamford Advocate.

artist Joe Belisle is reportedly putting the finishing touches on wall paintings he's been working on for the past two weeks in the four party rooms at on Hope Street.

The wall paintings, which depict scenes of hockey and figure skating silhouettes, mountain villages, birthday parties and skating animals, should be finished by the end of this month, according to a report in the Stamford Advocate.

Belisle's niece, who just graduated art school, helped on the project, according to the report. Also assisting were Stamford Twin Rinks employee Brian Leeche and general manager Mark Zito.
