'Jazz in July' Concludes With Roberta Flack
The inaugural session of jazz in the summertime concluded with a spectacular finale featuring a Grammy award winner.
Hundreds packed the and surrounding restaurants to see two-time time Grammy award winner Roberta Flack for the "Jazz in July" finale.
The music and and the achievements of three-time Grammy winner and Stamford native Ralph MacDonald was also celebrated. Mayor Michael Pavia was in attendance and declared July 27 as "Ralph MacDonald Day."
