"State-Building in the Digital Era"

Stamford, CT-August 27, 2012 –.Ken Zita, president of Network Dynamics Associates, a telecom consulting firm with field experience in over 50 countries, will speak at the World Affairs Forum on September 12 at UCONN/Stamford. The program will begin at 5:45 P.M., with networking and refreshments, followed by the presentation at 6:15 P.M.

In addition to his role with Network Dynamics Associates, Mr. Zita has served as a cabinet-level advisor to Governments of Afghanistan and the Palestinian Territories on state-building initiatives through ICT, and is a pioneer in China’s telecom awakening.  He is currently engaged with technology investment and public policy projects in Libya, Vietnam and Moldova.
