Neighbors Link Stamford presents "Made in LA"

Neighbors Link Stamford, the comprehensive resource center for new immigrants in greater Stamford, presents “Made in LA,” an award-winning documentary about immigration and human rights, on Wednesday, June 13 at the Avon Theatre, 272 Bedford St., Stamford.

The event kicks off with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and movie at 7:30. A panel discussion about the challenges of immigration, featuring Catalina Samper-Horak, executive director of Neighbors Link Stamford, and Alcira Mendez, who immigrated to the United States from Guatemala, will follow.
