A special class geared especially for moms. In this  Meditation class you will learn several practical techniques that will increase your capacity to deal with the special stresses that being a mom brings.

Meditation brings peace and clarity to your mind. It helps you stay focused on what is important to you, and gets you get to sleep at night. It can be practiced by anyone from any background or religion. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation is and how you can practice it at home. This special class is specifically designed to demystify this powerful tool that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our lives, families, jobs, etc. Beginners welcome! Come to one class, or attend them all.

Meditation techniques include:

  •     breath,
  •     mindfulness,
  •     chakra & kundalini,
  •     present moment,
  •     mantra,
  •     music,
  •     guided,
  •     and more.


Class is taught while seated in chairs, so no special dress code is required. This class is appropriate for anyone 16 years or older.

Classes are taught by gifted and experienced teacher with more than 20 years of experience.  She has taught and inspired students ranging from senior executives to U.S. Military Special Forces personnel, police, paramedics, NYC Firemen, homemakers, and students. She has also taught meditation to troubled teens and children, as well in a corporate environment.
