For most people in the western world who have ever even heard of art, the Mona Lisa (“La Gioconda”) with her enigmatic smile is instantly recalled. Leonardo’s famous masterpiece has been remixed, reused, and reinterpreted many times over. Artists from Basquiat to Warhol have all reworked this image, continually changing its concept, context, and form. In celebration of the old gal’s 505 years, the Loft Artists now follow in this glorious tradition, adding to the impressive catalogue of iterations of this most iconic of paintings with their very own, brand new iconic works of art.

For all fans of Mona, (her real name was Lisa Gherardini), this is a not to be missed show, guaranteed to mesmerize and mystify all who dare gaze upon her countenance!
