Curtain Call’s Summerstock Performance Workshop Program offers fun, creative and challenging full-day curriculums for ages eleven through sixteen. Our intensive programs focus on acting, improv, musical theatre and Shakespeare, while creating a safe and comfortable environment that promotes confidence and social development.
Now entering its 22nd summer, Summerstock declares there’s No Business Like Show Business! This year’s program examines theatre about theatre, plays about players, scenes, monologues and musicals about performers, entertainers and show business. Two exciting, two-week programs:
Summerstock Creative Theatre: The Play’s the Thing; June 25 to July 6, 2012 (no class July 4); Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Explore “life upon the wicked stage” through improv, modern acting and Shakespeare performance. Registration: $725
Summerstock Musical Theatre: Broadway Barnstormers; July 9 to 20, 2012; Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. A tribute to Broadway’s best shows about show business! Registration: $800
