There's nothing better than getting outside for a bit to enjoy Monday's beautiful weather, and the NEON Expressions Summer Camp was taking full advantage of that at the Harbor Point Commons Park.
The 5-to-13-year-olds from the Stamford chapter of the Norwalk-based NEON were out having a good time with field day on Monday, and the kids got to play at the park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and enjoy some goodies from Mr. Frosty's, too.
