More Changes Through Major Promotions at Stamford Hospital

Stamford Hospital has promoted Dr. Sharon Kiely and Ruth Cardiello to crucial positions of management.

Several weeks after the debut of the Mommylogues, Stamford Hospital is making a few more major changes.

A Stamford Hospital press release announces former Chief Quality Officer Dr. Sharon Kiely to the higher position of Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs, and former Director of Enterprise Risk Management Ruth Cardiello to higher position of ERM Vice President.

"Kiely previously served as V.P., Quality & Chief Quality Officer," Stamford Hospital's press release states. Kiely has twenty-two years of experience as a practicing physician, and has a medical degree from Georgetown University.

As an 11-year employee, Cardiello has served in at least four different management roles within Stamford Hospital.

"In her new position, Cardiello will provide Dr. Kiely with leadership support for Stamford Hospital’s risk management and regulatory functions," the official promotion announcement states.
