ASTD Meeting/Networking: Managing a Multigenerational Workforce
The Southern Connecticut chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD SCC) will launch the year on Monday, September 24 focusing on connecting to the multigenerational workforce. Speaking will be Monica Walters, Executive Director of Learning & Development for Cengage (formerly Thomson Learning) and Will Ruch, CEO/Managing Partner of Versant. By learning about Cengage’s experience, you will gain tips on how to engage millennials and future workers. The meeting will start at 5:45 p.m. at the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center (99 East Avenue.) The fee is $35 for chapter members, which includes dinner.
