Are you missing this little guy?
He was found tied up out front of the Stamford Goodwill near the corner of Washington Boulevard and Broad Street.
The 10-month old male Chihuahua was discovered tied up out front of the store at approximately 1:43 p.m. Thursday.
He had a collar, but no tags or microchip were discovered.
