A Monday evening meeting titled "Reconnecting After Trauma" scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Hart Magnet Elementary School has had the location moved. With schools closing early due to weather, the event will now take place at the FISH Church (First Presbyterian) located at 1101 Bedford St. The meeting will take place in the Fellowship Hall.
The meeting time will remain the same. The church will "allow for broader discussion of issues raised by the recent traumas, including Mental Health, School Safety and Gun Violence," according to a release by the interfaith council.
Present at the event will be Congressman Jim Hims, Stamford Public School officials and mental health professionals.
