Original Broadway Company of GREASE attends Summer Theatre of New Canaan Show

The currently running and critically acclaimed Summer Theatre of New  Canaan production of Grease at Waveny Park was attended by GREASE alumni from the original company Saturday night! Current Cast, alumnae and audience enjoyed a post show talk balk. Alumni praised the production and Melody Meitrott Libonati (herself a GREASE alumnae from the original company) for its authenticity to the original Broadway show. GREASE was the longest running show on Broadway from 1972-1980 and later passed by A Chorus Line. 
The Summer Theatre of New Canaan's professional production of GREASE runs through August 11 with shows Wed-Sat 8pm and Sat matinee 3pm and Sunday matinee 4pm in Waveny Park, New Canaan.  For Tickets or more info go to www.stonc.org or call box office 203-966-4634.
