Stamford's Planning Board is holding a continued public hearing at Westover Magnate Elementary School at 412 Stillwater Avenue at 7 p.m. after the previous hearing was cut short. Topics include the Bridgewater headquarters development and a number of stipulated projects coming from that plan, including a new animal shelter.
