Over the Edge, iPad Apps, atHome A-List Awards

Hey Stamford, it's another warm one, with temperatures predicted to hit 83 degrees. Storms are expected in the afternoon, and the temperature should drop to about 63 with continued thunderstorms through the evening, according to Weather.comTide charts show low tide hitting around 11:11 a.m. and high tide at around 4:55 a.m. and 5:18 p.m.

On Thursday, the annual Over the Edge fundraiser to support the Special Olympics, in which brave supporters can rappel down the face of 101 Park Place at Harbor Point, will take place beginning at 9 a.m. Spectators welcome. 

At the Ferguson Library, there's a lot going on. At 11:30 a.m., there's "iPad Apps for Library Users," at 6 p.m. there's "Let's Talk," "Makerspace," "Thursday Night Talking Pictures" and Financial Literacy Workshop."
