Cancelled Meetings, Two Heads Are Better Than One, Microsoft Word

The "Two Heads Are Better Than One" exhibition that kicked off at UConn Stamford Monday has a free artist reception Thursday night in the Gallery. If you can't make it out, the exhibition runs until October 1. It features the art of Elizabeth Nagle and Mary Elizabeth Peterson 

At the Ferguson Library Thursday, there are Medicare and Medicade counseling sessions at 1:30 p.m., a program for learning more than just the basics of Microsoft Word 2010 at 2 p.m. and a Kids' Book Discussion group at 7 p.m.

The Personnel Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday at the Stamford Government Center has been cancelled. it has been rescheduled for Monday, August 26, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Transportation, Parks & Rec and Operations committees all look like they're still on as scheduled
