This week the numbers came out for October Pending Home Sales and these figures were up which is great news.  We are also hearing that banks will be loosening the reins on lending so we are hoping this will enable more folks to achieve the "American Dream" of home ownership.  All of this coupled with record low interest rates makes it a very desirable time to buy.
