Cops: Bra Wearing Man Carrying Porn Caught Masturbating in Park

Police said officers caught the man with his pants down, quite literally.

A Stamford man wearing a bra and in possession of pornography and a number of pairs of women's underwear was arrested Monday morning after police discovered him pleasuring himself in Cummings Park, police said Tuesday.

According to Capt. Brian McElligott, the man's activities was made known to police by concerned park-goers, who had raised issue with the suspect's presence on previous occasions as well. McElligott said a group of moms with strollers who meet in the park to exercise had noticed the man's suspicious activities before.

Police surveying the park allegedly came across Omar Antonio Torres, 33, of South Pacific Street, with his pants around his knees and his genitals in hand. Torres attempted to pull his pants up when officers approached him, police said.
